Participating in giveaway
1. Participation in the Eurofast EURO2020 giveaway is free of charge;
2. Participation takes place when you have completed the registration form on this website

• 2.1 One-time participation per person per order. However several people can participate per order;
• 2.2 Participation is valid until the next draw;
• 2.3 Participation in the giveaway is only possible for persons from 18 years or older;

3. The Eurofast EURO 2020 giveaway runs from 7 June through 11 July 2021;
4. Eurofast is at all times authorised to change the promotional terms and conditions in the meantime or end the giveaway without any given reason;
5. Employees of Eurofast are excluded from participating.
6. Eurofast is authorised to exclude persons from participation if there is a suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.

Winner giveaway
1. The winners of the promotion will be chosen by an impartial draw;
2. The winners of the giveaway will receive a personal message by e-mail;
3. The winner must provide the requested information within 2 weeks of receiving the winner’s email to receive the prize. If not, the prize won will be forfeited and will go to another participant.
4. Participants who have not won a prize will also be notified by email;
5. It is not possible to exchange the won prize for another product or money amount.

Personal data
1. Personal data of participants will only be used for correspondence concerning the Eurofast EURO2020 giveaway;
2. Personal data will not be used on the Eurofast websites or Social media without consultation and permission;
3. Personal data of participants will not be released without consultation and/or provided to external parties;
4. Dutch law applies to the giveaway.
